They didn’t treat us like clients or paperwork. They treated us like family who were hurting and needed to be guided through one of the hardest moments of our lives. They understood exactly how I felt. When I changed my mind, they were patient. When things were difficult, they accommodated me without hesitation. Everything was explained clearly, calmly, and with care. There was never pressure, never confusion, and never a moment where I felt rushed or dismissed. What meant the most to me was how they treated my father. They asked questions about who he was, his hobbies, and his life, and they remembered those details. They made sure those things were included where it mattered. That showed a level of respect and dignity that goes far beyond doing a job. From the moment they took my dad into their care to the moment the service was finished, everything was handled with compassion and professionalism. They didn’t act like workers doing a task. I am deeply grateful to Tonya and the entire team for how they honored my father and supported my family.

I have long admired this lovely cemetery so when I had to make a decision on final arrangements for my husband, this was the place I thought of. I received excellent and caring service and am very pleased with the final results. Kevin was wonderful to work with and felt like a friend. It's a special place!

Loyless Funeral Home made our experience incredibly wonderful. Archie and Norma both assisted us every step of the way. They never tried to encourage us to do more than what we wanted and answered all of our questions. They were respectful and professional in assisting my family through this emotionally challenging process.
