Beers and Story Funeral Home supported my family through the passing of both my father and then my mother. My dad was a planner by nature and he celebrated his 90th birthday with a trip to Beers and Story to get help with his and my mom’s end of life plans. The staff at Beers and Story were helpful, compassionate and professional. They attended to every detail of my dad’s requests and gave us all practical advice on what we’d need and what was completely optional. The whole process felt like a compassionate conversation. Seven years later my dad died and once again, Beers and Story took my family through every step of the plan and it couldn’t have been a more professional, seamless process. The communication between the funeral home and the family members was exceptional. They were available to me any time I reached out. No questions or concerns were left unaddressed. Then, when my mom died two months later, we had the same personal and professional attention. By then, Crystal and her staff had become like family to us. I highly recommend Beers and Story Funeral Home.

Beers & Story (Palmer) Funeral Home has been my family funeral home for my entire life. We recently used the funeral home for a beloved family member. It was the first time that we've used Beers & Story since it wasn't family-owned. I was worried but our experience was comforting and supporting. We had no concerns and are very grateful to the Palmer Beers & Story Funeral Home. The service was very nice and the staff were wonderful.

Our experience from the beginning pre-arranging my godmother’s service with Kate to the actual services was the most seamless experience we could have asked for. Kate was so helpful in making our choices, making that part of the process stress free. When the time came, our contact shifted to Alyssa and we couldn’t have asked for better. She made sure we had everything we needed and actually arranged all the albums and personal items we’d brought to her so perfectly. And then played a very special song as everyone paid final respects. The entire staff was nothing but professional and courteous making our experience one we won’t forget. All in all, we were completely satisfied!

Crystal was very helpful, we appreciated learning what Beers and Story could help with, as well, she let us know what the cemetery will need from us.
