They were patient with us with all of our questions & requests and continually emphasized they wanted Dad's service to be exactly the way we wanted it to be. Never once did make us feel we were burdening them. And while it wasn't expected, having them there every step of the way, they became part of our 'family' saying good-bye to a very special man.
