A loss of a loved one is always difficult and leads to many decisions you'd rather not make but must. So it was when we lost our firstborn son at the age of 42. There are so many emotions that result which effect those decisions. As a result we changed our minds about some major ones. Rick Elliott was kind and understanding but was also flexible and worked with the family indecisiveness. They were patient with us with all of our questions & requests and continually emphasized they wanted Dad's service to be exactly the way we wanted it to be. Never once did make us feel we were burdening them. And while it wasn't expected, having them there every step of the way, they became part of our 'family' saying good-bye to a very special man.
