They are very supportive with all of the extra tasks that need to be taken care of and offering great suggestions and support. Machale truly made the experience feel personal and as if you were entrusting your loved one to someone who actually cared about them. She payed close attention to the details and tried to honor every request to make sure you felt the best you can about honoring your loved one. I hope we don't need them again for quite some time, but I wouldn't think twice about calling them if necessary.
